Host an exhibitor table at the Solution Center Event the evening of Friday, February 28th.
Location: Tate Ballroom (Vineyard Tower)
Four hours with direct access to the Sirius sales team as well as other Sirius personnel
Exhibitor table with linen and table top signage provided
Dinner, beer, and wine provided by Sirius
Raffle opportunity (Sponsor to provide (1) raffle item - $500 maximum); names collected for raffle will not be provided.
You are encouraged to bring your own collateral, logo tablecloth, giveaway items and table-top or floor signage. Floor signage is limited to one retractable sign that is no larger than 3 ½ feet wide and no taller than 6 feet. Small giveaway items that can fit in a pocket are recommended.
Check-in for partners begins at 12:00pm in Vineyard Pre-Function.
Partners can claim packages shipped to the Gaylord from FedEx from 12:00pm – 3:00pm. All partner packages must be claimed by 3:00pm.
Sirius will provide pickup location in a future communication.
All FedEx shipping, handling, receiving and storage fees are the responsibility of the partner.
Partner set-up begins at 3:00pm in Tate Ballroom.
